A school district in Wisconsin is seeking a dedicated School Psychologist to support students across K-12 grades during the 2021-2022 school year. This is a contract position with flexible full-time or part-time opportunities available in Green Bay, with additional services in Appleton. The role is primarily itinerant, serving multiple schools, with on-site work preferred, though virtual candidates will be considered.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations to assess student needs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide counseling and intervention services to support student mental health and academic success
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to strategic planning for student support
- Maintain accurate records and comply with relevant policies and regulations
Qualifications And Experience
- Master's or doctoral degree in School Psychology, or equivalent credentials
- Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
- Experience conducting K-12 evaluations and delivering school psychological services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
- Ability to work flexibly across multiple school sites or virtually as required
